"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"There was a slight issue when we checked in as the information folder containing wifi codes etc was missing. But this was quickly resolved by contacting the owners, who were friendly and responded quickly to messages. Overall the accommodation was great, spacious and very quiet. But at the same time close to local facilities and transport. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area."

"I did ring Tina regarding a couple of things and she was pleased to get feed back. For example no blue bags to put dirty linen in . The cottage was decorated inside and out for Halloween and as older adults did not want to look at them inside the cottage didn't mind outside. I have recommended the cottage to family in same village for visiting family and friends."

"We recently stayed at The Penthouse in Brixham for 4 nights and it was everything that was promised on the website. It is very well furnished, very clean and with everything you need for a home from home stay. The views from the balcony are superb. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us, but hey it is December. We had a lovely relaxing stay and enjoyed drinks and a meal at the New Quay Inn on two occasions. Be aware of the stairs up to the apartment. It is mentioned on the website but...
