"We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...

"The Kinta Bali Villa is obviously a satisfactory hotel for your stays at Ipoh! The Owner of this Hotel is a very nice and decent business man who has provided such well-renovated and friendly-manner hotel! I strongly recommend this Hotel to those who have not yet decided to stay in Ipoh. I have stayed here for two nights with my family! The room is spacious and bright! "Worth it n awesome"

"8 of us stayed for 3 nights in two two-bedroom chalets. The rooms were spacious with three queen size beds in each chalet. The bedsheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. Basic toiletries were provided as well. The homestay is a perfect getaway from the busy city’s life - fresh air, homegrown mushrooms and durians, live farm birds, cat, swimming pool. The hosts were especially friendly, we engaged their services to drive us around; they brought us to enjoy good local food. Wifi was weak...
