"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. "

"The location was perfect, close to Three Rivers restaurants and it was less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. There was some great bird watching and beautiful views from the backyard and deck spaces. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. It was spacious and enjoyable for our group of 6 people ranging from 8-75 years old!"

"The cottage is a very comfortable place to stay, and we were sorry when our 4 days there came to a close. Communication with the property owners is probably the best I have ever experienced. The location is quite stunning in terms of its natural setting. The drive to the market in town is not that bad.You'll see plenty of turkeys quail, and elk in the neighborhood, not to mention downey woodpeckers all over the place. "Very nice host. The place is very cozy and nostalgic. Close to Sequoia park entrance. Once entered the mountain area, my carrier is T-Mobil and there is no signal at all in Three Rivers. host offers wifi, but WiFi won’t be able to support video streaming online. There are board games and many books for guests to kill the time. The WiFi module makes some noise and if it truly bothers, you can unplug it before bed. Overall great experience! "

"Perfect for our one night stay while visiting Sequoia National Park. Spacious , clean home with extra large primary suite, super comfy bed and everything we needed. Kids loved having their own rooms. Back patio was a tranquil spot for morning coffee. Wish we had more time to explore the grounds! "Great location, balcony is excellent for wildlife spotting, we loved Three Rivers town. 45 minute drive to see the giant forest on a winding mountain road! Good WiFi, during our stay the weather was very hot, the sun hits the balcony at about 11:00am. Well stocked but buy your groceries at Visalia, definitely try the frozen yogurt in the town and Keweah coffee roasters and the town museum. The games are in the double garage, enjoyed ping pong and the old video games. "

"We stayed here as a family of four (two boys age 6 and 8) and had a wonderful time! The boys loved both the game room and playing by the river. The backyard space is serene and beautiful— and the views from in the home are incredible as well! The rooms/beds/bedding was really comfortable. The host is super responsive, communicative, and will provide answers before you even think of the question. We loved our stay! "
