Enjoy this gorgeous, ocean-front home for your next getaway to the shores of Maine! This home is located right on the water so you won't be far from the beautiful sounds of crashing waves and it offers ocean views from every room. The home has a fully equipped kitchenette for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for dining. There is a private gas grill outside and a fire pit for some s'mores during the summer! Stay connected with the free WiFi and cable TV during your stay as well!

Located right on Pebble Beach, you might not want to leave during your stay! In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the huge tidal pool playground at low tide, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, hunting, and fishing off the rocks (be sure to wear some water shoes when doing this!). The home provides a great view for 4th of July fireworks and you'll be sure to catch some gorgeous views of the stars as well. The home is located just a short walk away from the Short Sands Beach and downtown where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. The Cape Neddick Park is about a mile away from you!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location was perfect! Beautiful views all around. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. They were hard and need new mattresses.

Great ocean front cottage!

Such a great little cottage! We were two couples and it was perfect for us for a couple of nights. Awesome waking up to the ocean views. Easy walk into town and to short sands beach. Also loved the fire pit overlooking the water.

Gorgeous location

What an adorable cottage. We loved sleeping with the ocean right outside the door and it was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time. Plus there was a bald eagle hanging out in the tree so how can you beat that?

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for my wife and I to get away kid free for our anniversary. Waking up and going to bed with the crashing of the waves and peacefulness of not having a public beach near was priceless. Would come back in a heartbeat and for mid October we really lucked out with some amazing weather.

great place

Cottage is small but comfortable and cozy with all the essentials at hand. The neighborhood was quiet (at least during October), walking distance to York shops etc., and also a good place to head out to more distant spots (Ogunquit, Kennebunk etc.). Waterfront location and ocean view was beautiful -- views of two lighthouses and lovely coastline! Loved listening to the crashing waves and the bell buoey. The fireplace was perfect for cozy October evenings.

If it weren’t for the mice…

I’ll start with the negative. The kitchen has a mice problem. There were mice turds on the counters/sink each morning even though we kept the area clean. The property manager and maintenance were very helpful/quick response to try to address the issue with traps, but the mice were pretty resilient. The inside of the house smelled of chemical cleaning supplies when we arrived, but quickly aired out with windows open. The front yard was very muddy the entire weekend with some small amounts of rain, so a better layout for the entryway would be helpful. Very limited supplies, so bring plenty of your own soaps, shampoo, pantry supplies. Aside from the above we had a lovely stay. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Stunning views, wonderful walkable location to the busy part of York, but far enough to be quiet. Tide pools were fun for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Sea breeze, sounds of waves & birds were lovely. Noisy neighbor dogs barked, but only when we walked by.

Cute Cottage

Loved the coziness of this cottage! Beautiful ocean views! Super clean. Short 15 min walk to town and to the beach. Such friendly people. Great spot for a long weekend. Make sure you check out the York Trolley. It was a very informative 1 hour ride. Make reservations online. It was an unforgettable trip!

Wonderful retreat!

Location can’t be beat, waterfront, kids enjoyed climbing on the rocks, hearing the waves all night and red bell buoy. Perfect size for a family of 4 for a weekend away!

Beautifully peaceful

This property is cozy and relaxing along with being in a very private section of York. It’s in walking distance to the tourist, York Beach and awesome down town. We will surely be coming back to Sea Belle and enjoyed our First Wedding Anniversary at this awesome Cottage!

Like heaven!

We loved our stay at Sea Belle! The views, the cottage, and fire pit were just wonderful! The place was clean and delightful. Make sure you bring lots of firewood for the fire pit. Worth it! As a side note, the shower pressure is low and the key lock was difficult to open and close. There’s strong internet but the telephone reception is weak. We highly recommended this place for a peaceful and secluded getaway!

A Lovely Cottage On The Ocean

This lovely cottage is definitely ocean-front. The interior is as pictured and clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen/cookware, along with travel-size soaps and shampoos. The shower is small but manageable for larger folks (the head is magnetic for ease of use). The exterior is amazing! There is plenty of exterior seating ocean-front, including a picnic table and multiple plastic loungers and tables. The outdoor grill and firepit both work great. My only caution would be that you really cannot access the ocean water from the property. It sits on a 7-foot(ish) rock wall with a steep drop to giant rocks below. The neighbor to the right has put up a "No Trespass" sign and Ring security system, so the easiest way to the water is blocked. To the left, you must be adult and able-bodied to get out via giant (human-sized!) rocks to rockier water. Short Sands and Long Sands beaches are provisionally open to "moving only" activities and being strictly enforced. I definitely recommend this property, just plan for driving to find direct water access so you aren't disappointed!

Ocean getaway

My friend and I finished a week in the state of Maine with this hidden gem. The cottage is as listed, we slept to the sound of the ocean. The yard sits directly seaside, and the experience could not have been better.

Not exactly as portrayed

Picture shows chairs outside - sadly there were none. We did borrow from the neighbors who were very kind. Also sleeps 5 but only 2 coffee mugs, 2 knives. Do not plan to eat or drink there! It was an amazing location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to town! That was best feature.

Sisters Getaway

My sisters and I (ages 60, 70 and 72) wanted a place on the water in the Yorks where our dad and his family grew up. Dad graduated York H. S. class of 1937. We enjoyed the Yorks from the time we were too small to look in to the windows of the Goldenrod! We found cottage clean, cozy and very comfortable. The view was spectacular. The location was perfect. The wind and surf from Hurricane Dorian created beautiful lasting visual and auditory memories. The fire pit was an added plus. Morning, noon or night we spent hours sitting outside to take in the sounds and smells of the ocean. Check in was easy! Your response to a call for help with getting the gas fireplace working was quick. The next morning Steve came over and got it going. When we were ready to head out, we were unable to turn the fireplace off. A call to Sofia was all it took. When we returned later in the day, all was working properly. The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were a bit lacking as we prepared many of our meals. We recommend getting a regular cutting board, a better corkscrew and a few knives. Also extra toilet paper. We look forward to returning next September.

Charming House on the Water

This was the perfect spot for our little family of four. We had everything we needed (towels, beach towels, kitchen needs, laundry, extra blankets, games) and we enjoyed being a short drive to a pleasant beach. It is a bit tricky to get down onto the rocks to explore the ride pools; neighboring properties have better access. Overall we loved it and would stay again.
