"This house sits in the middle of a hayfield, set 500’ or so back from the road. Very quiet, and a secure place to let the dogs play. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and well-equipped, including heat-pump a/c and an excellent washer/dryer in the basement. "We had the most wonderful stay at Gert and Gus’s place in Margaree Harbour! From the moment we arrived, they gave us such a lovely welcome and were incredibly helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area. The location couldn’t be better -perfect for exploring Cape Breton Highlands National Park and the many gorgeous local beaches (and there are so many to choose from!).
