"We loved the Mermaid house! This is the perfect location! My kids loved fishing and swimming out back. Brought our dog too. The house is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again!"

" Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

Great location on the river which was cool and clear, it was fun watching all the kayakers, SUPers and GoBoters go by. Our family tried scalloping for the first time, it was fun. The house is stocked with games and the kitchen has a variety of accessories in addition to the usual. We would definitely come back here!"

"Really enjoyed this house. Guys weekend, we brought our boats, built a fire two nights. Awesome weekend!! The only negative which has nothing to do with the house, they gave us a phone number to call for fire wood. 25.00 for a wheelbarrow full, we ordered two, they brought it and gave us a bill for 75.00. 25.00 delivery fee……. And it wasn’t even that much wood. Saturday night we went down to the Publix and bought 3 bags of firewood for 8.00 per bag and got the same amount."

"This house had everything we needed for 6 adults and 1 dog. The area is perfect for boating and kayaking. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We would stay again for sure. "

"Spent 12 days here and we loved our stay, the house is cute and comfortable. Everything you need is right in the villages. We loved the golf cart for cruising around. The house is well stocked with all the things you need. We used the screen porch for coffee in the mornings and dinner most nights. The host was friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend! "
