The unit we stayed in was clean and well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The spa area is shared but we never encountered others. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. "

"Great accommodations and convenient location to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, etc. Impeccably clean and completely remodeled. Nice outdoor area with grill, fire pit, ping pong table and seating for end of day chilling. All kitchen amenities including coffee for am wake-up. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Road up to house is a bit gnarly the first time up before you get your bearings. All check in information available a day in advance. Would definitely be back for another stay."

"This ranch house is charming and historical as well as modernized and efficient. We loved the airy rooms, the vintage decor, and the hot tub overlooking a vineyard. The location was a great starting point for exploring different corners of Sonoma: Bodega Bay, the Russian River, Santa Rosa, and nearby wineries.. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating."

"My wife was riding in a horse show at Sonoma Horse Park which was easy to get to from the location 20 mins no freeway. I took our teenage boys to a Giants game and we took the ferry from Larkspur which was about 30 mins away. The kitchen and rooms were great and the pool table kept the boys entertained. Grocery stores are right down the street along with many other conveniences. The house was surprisingly quiet at night considering how lose it was to everything. Overall, a great stay,...

"Large, private riverfront property that has it all. Sweet location minutes from supplies in Monte Rio and minutes to the ocean. House has plenty of water crafts and toys to choose from with life jackets and such. We did a little canoe trip after swamping it on our beach before we took off (it's been awhile lol), we visited the redwoods, and some beaches near Jenner.
