"Room was very clean, and the facilities were very well kept. We used the pool which was on our patio! Easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants and the beach. "

"The property was ideal for a short break. Excellent location with easy boardwalk access to town and only a short drive to Phillip Island. More importantly the were warm, welcoming and very happy to chat about the local area. A great stay."

"Room clean and modern. Nice bathroom. Nice BBQ and outdoor area to sit for takeaway meals. Check-in friendly and advice re local eating options. Warm weather for beach so didn't use pool and spa but it looked ok."

"Great place to stay, I will say it’s very much suited to young family, having teenage kids, a little less to do there, but the beach is just over the road and town is walking distance, so plenty to do for all."
