Both bedrooms are appointed with queen sized beds, with linen and towels included, and each provides access to a private, covered outdoor sitting area. The main bathroom, accessible from both the master bedroom and the hallway, features a spa bath with shower, vanity and toilet, while a separate toilet is conveniently located next to the laundry, which comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the light filled open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area creates a welcoming space for relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen has ample cupboard space, an electric oven, gas cooktop and microwave, while a six-seater dining table provides room for everyone to gather. The lounge area is complete with multiple couches, a flat screen TV and a comfortable chair for unwinding after a day at the beach. The north facing decks allow for sunny winter mornings, while the property’s proximity to the beach brings refreshing sea breezes in summer. Both front and rear balconies feature outdoor seating, with the rear deck also equipped with a Weber BBQ. Guests can also enjoy a second communal BBQ within The Sails complex.
