Normally we would not respond to this type of review. We do however take issues very seriously & like to delight our guests. As you can see all reviews for our property are positive. It would appear your review is trying to negatively influence other people wishing to stay at the property. As a result we’d like to clarify a few things. You mentioned - 1. Beds not clean - Although we offered you linen, you declined. All beds are supplied with mattress protectors to protect from stains & spills. You had to supply your own linen. 2. Toilet sheets were discoloured - All new guests are supplied fresh toilet paper. 3. BBQ gas running out - As soon as you contacted us you were immediately reimbursed to ensure you were not out of pocket & could immediately purchase a replacement gas bottle. We advised that the bbq gas bottle has a safety valve & as a result shows the bottle as being empty even though it’s not. This has previously caught people out before. For those reading this review we’d like to let you know that you can always contact us. We’ll always respond to any questions & queries you have & work with you to ensure we provide a positive & enjoyable guest stay experience.

Thanks for the feedback ----- For those reading this & are staying at the property or are looking looking to stay I'd like to provide some information that may assist. ---- The hot water is an instantaneous hot water system. It only heats the water at the time of use & does not store hot water like traditional systems. Also to note is that the hot water temperature is capped so as not to burn & scald. ---- The water takes approximately 30 seconds to heat, however once heated the system will continue to provide hot water continuously until the tap is turned off. ---- The trick with the system is that only a small amount of cold water needs to be added. To use, turn the hot water on & then use the cold water tap to bring the temperature down to your desired level. NOTE: Cold water tap will only need to be turned on a small amount to get your desired temp especially if you like hot showers. ---- Hope this assists.
