Two Private Units — One Seamless Experience Our property offers two separate units, Kelvin Villa and Garden Villa, ideal for groups who want togetherness and at the same time having privacy. Enjoy 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 dining zones, a double garage, and 2 seperate driveway parking for up to 6 cars.

Master Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ensuite, split-system heating/cooling, wardrobe, blackout curtains and tranquil garden views. Ensuite: Walk-in shower and spa bath with jacuzzi.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, wardrobe, blockout curtains and front garden view
Bedroom 3: Triple bunk with double below and single on top – perfect for kids or a group of three. Has a blackout curtain for a comfortable night sleep.

Ensuite Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, spa bath with jacuzzi and toilet.
Common Bathroom 2: Includes walk-in shower, bathtub. Toilet 2: Separate toilet for added convenience.

A warm, open-plan layout features a comfy couch, TV, and split system AC/heating. Our dining space comfortably seats 6 with views of the private garden and alfresco area.
KITCHEN 1
Fully equipped with induction stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A breakfast bench seats up to 3 guests.
LAUNDRY 1
Includes washer, dryer, sink, and generous storage.
