"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"

"The motel is centrally located. Check in was fast and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was spotless and appeared to have been renovated recently."

"Staff was friendly. But this is simply an old, run down facilty that needs a lot of work. Rooms had the bare bones amenities. It appears to be more of a long term stay type of place. I think many of the guest lived there. Walls are very thin, and you could hear all the conversations (though there was lots of yelling) through the walls and doors. The smell in the room was STRONG. Powerful scent from some type of disinfectantor deodroizong spray i believe. Had to open all windows...

"Really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms are, the little kitchen. It’s a great addition and they have games and cooking supplies and anything that you would need to borrow downstairs. The pool was great. We had a lot of fun."

"Pro's - lovely front desk staff, nice clean entrance, ample parking, close to shopping and downtown. Spacious room. Con's - The room we were given (#234) smelled like someone had cooked stinky fish; there were greasy finger prints on the kitchenette cupboards and the inside handle on the door. 3/5 for cleanliness of room overall. Uncomfortable bed, for us at least. It was too soft. Sloppy contractor work done with the painting - paint splatters on the tiled floor, on the bathtub and counters....

"We had a great stay at this hotel near Elgin Beach, close to Tobermory. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the instructions were very clear. Even though there was no front desk staff on site, we had no trouble checking in. The staff were also very helpful when we forgot our access code. I called them, and they quickly provided the code again without any issue. The beds were very comfortable, and the beach view was...
