"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"Just a brilliant place. Perfect location for the activities nearby. The house is unique and well stocked. Very comfortable. Loved our time there. Put feed out for the birds and squirrels.....you will be amazed by the wildlife. We will be returning for a third time at some point in the future. "

"Very spacious and comfortable house in a lovely, quiet location. The bedrooms are all a generous size, as is the well-equipped kitchen (we managed to prepare a 7-course meal for the 6 of us). It's a short and delightful drive from the house to the heart of the Cairngorms. And don't miss paying a visit to the friendly Persie gin distillery just 5 minutes from the house"

"The property was second to none, the amenities were faultless, we didn’t take sugar but there was some there. The facilities were very good apart from my bedroom on the ground floor, I am unsteady on my legs and could not sit down to do my hair and make up and also the stairs to the lounge (maybe a small slope instead of stairs, this is only a suggestion for those in wheelchairs, but I know it would be challenging to install). "Fabulous well-located property. Very convenient for exploring Deeside. The large eat-in kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together.
