"We enjoyed our week in this wonderful holiday cottage! The sea views from the cottage are spectacular and the sound of the waves is very relaxing! We saw and heard lots of wildlife including a stoat, buzzard, osprey and toads! The weather was sunny and warm!! The cottage is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the dual aspect kitchen has everything you need!We hope to return as soon as possible!!!"

"We had a really lovely stay at the boathouse—one senior and two adults—and it worked perfectly for us. The area is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated, and it’s so close to Dunnottar Castle. The house itself was super comfortable with great beds and all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home. Communication with the host was friendly, and helpful. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside."

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby if you don’t want to cook. It is on the main road so there is daytime traffic noise but it is lovely and quiet at night.
