"Communication and getting access to the room was great! When I got there the carpeting had not been vacuumed, there was hair and a bug (not a bedbug) in the bed. The housekeeper changed everything and vacuumed. Then it was much better."

We could not see inside the room. There was no one to help us as the front office looked dilapidated and empty.
