A spacious living room and additional family room provide plenty of lounging space indoors, or enjoy the screened-in porch and views of Cayuga Lake. A master bedroom with ensuite bath, along with two additional bedrooms provides sleeping for 8.

Fill your day along beautiful Cayuga Lake by fishing, swimming, or lounging with a good book. The private lakeside beach is located just across the quiet country road, where there is a large dock with a boat hoist and swim ladder, and plenty of room for enjoying the lakefront.

Cornell University, Ithaca College and Hobart/William Smith Colleges are close by, as is Watkins Glen, many beautiful State Parks, golf courses, hiking and biking trails, and shopping at the Outlet Mall.
