"Room was clean. Bathroom handle was loose and staff resolved the issue quickly. Temperatures were comfortable so did not need to use air conditioning or heat. Parking available right outside our door. Easy contact with office management. Daily service available as needed or desired."

"There was no heat, we turned on the heater in the bathroom & next to the bed and they both ran for 30 seconds and turned off, never to restart again. We slept in hoodies because our room was SO cold, the weather was cold. We were provided 2 large towels and one washrag for showering. No hand towel or shower mat.
