"We had the absolute best stay!! It was incredibly clean, comfortable and the perfect space for our home away from home for about a week. All of our questions were answered in a very timely manner, and our hosts were super helpful and kind! We are already talking of booking here again for our next family reunion. Thank you so much!!!"

"Nice air con, especially for the Chico heat. In regard to the room, bed, and on suite bath, we were not disappointed in any way. "

"Great property close to everything. "

The grounds were nice and It was a short walk to the Sacramento river trail, which does go along the river. We walked all the way across a bridge into a cute park, about a half hour walk. We would stay here again."

"Every year we stay here. The place is always clean and has all the necessities we need for the week we’re there. The host go over and above to make sure you have everything you need."

"Gourmet breakfasts. Perhaps best property near the wild and beautiful Lassen Volcanic NP..."

There was hair on the wall and the bathroom and one of the coffee cups and drinking glass had grime and coffee all over it. The blanket that was draped over the back of the couch...

"My stay was pleasant and relaxing. The property was clean and nicely furnished. I will recommend the place to anyone for a nice getaway."
