"We really enjoyed our stay. Our host did an outstanding job making us feel welcome, and the property was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect with a huge lawn right on the Chena River! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, our kids enjoyed paddleboarding on the river, and our dog enjoyed exploring the spacious yard. The home itself has a unique, old time Alaska feel to it, and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed reading some of the articles hanging up about the history...

"Laura and Martin have a wonderful get-away. Breakfast, coffee, water and snacks await you upon arrival. The house is clean and the decor provides real Alaskan vibe. I stayed mid-July and the deck and flowers were peaceful and inviting. As hosts,, they are friendly and attentive. I would recommend anyone to their lovely Gilmore house. "

"This cabin is super clean and stock full of amenities. The surrounding is very private, quiet, and full of beautiful trees. You can hear the birds singing all day long. The hosts are very friendly. They come and clean the compost toilet every day. We had a lovely stay during the 4th of July and can't wait for the next visit. "

"Uma opção para passar um dia e relaxar nas águas termais. A temperatura da água é bem quentinha e possui toda infraestrutura adequada. Eles fornecem toalha e o locker é pago. Fui no museu de gelo e é interessante. Passeio super rápido e com muita gente. Possui apenas um restaurante com poucos funcionários e fila enorme para o jantar. A comida era boa pelo menos. Mas o maior problema foi o barulho nos quartos e não conseguimos dormir."
