"We had good friends with us, we all were over 80 so could not use the top bunk. Water was dripping from the lower taps in the upstairs bathroom on our arrival and it was difficult to stop. We could have used a larger pot to cook crabs. A top position we enjoyed ourselves."

While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc. Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. "The house was very comfortably. We like to self cater most nights, so the kitchen was well set up. Plenty of containers, crockery, pots etc. One light weight adult on the trundle which was fine. Plenty pillows to choose from if you like firm or soft. If you plan to use the kayak, we put it in the back of our ute to take down to the water. A bit too heavy and far to carry to the water. Great location for walks. Big wide footpaths. Cafe across the road very nice and convienient for a coffee."

"Beautiful property, exactly as listed. My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay as it was conveniently located less than 5 minutes from town and was surrounded by short walks up to the beach. No complaints about the stay, was surprised to find there was no wifi and little signal but apart from that it was perfect :)"

"Lovey clean large rooms with a very convenient location right next door to the local pub with dining options. We were there to see the dolpins and was given good local information of what to do. The host was very accomodating with a guest who had an elderly parent and gladly upgraded the room to be more convienent to the car park. All in all, would highly recomend this as a place to base yourself to explore the surrounds of Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach."
