Beautiful holiday home, newly built in 2024, with approx. 94m², just a 5-minute walk from Timmendorf harbor and the beautiful beach.


3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds) offer enough space for up to 6 people.

The open living room, beautifully furnished in light colors, invites you to spend cozy hours. In front of it is the great terrace with garden furniture.

The living room and one bedroom have televisions. WLAN connection is available.

The open kitchen has all amenities including a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

There is a guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a spacious bathroom with a great, walk-in shower on the upper floor.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.

There is a parking space at the house.
No pets allowed!
