"Am Reiterhof" Vacation Rental with a Balcony and a Home Theater System

The partially renovated “Am Reiterhof” vacation rental offers cozy accommodations with a balcony and a view of the countryside.

The living room features a comfortable sitting area, satellite TV, and a home theater system. The sleeper sofa can be used to accommodate additional guests. From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny, furnished balcony.

The separate kitchen-living room is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a cozy seating area. The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a shower and a toilet.

The sleeping area is located in the attic and is accessible via an open wooden staircase. It features a double bed with two mattresses, each measuring 0.90 × 2.00 meters, a walk-in closet, and a children’s bed with a sleeping surface of 0.90 × 2.00 meters.

Fly screens are installed in the kitchen, living room, on the balcony door, in the bedroom, and in the bathroom. Roller shades and curtains provide adequate blackout options in the bedrooms and living areas.

A travel crib, high chair, toys, and a handcart are available for families. The reserved parking space No. 5 is located right next to the house. Right next door is the “Lisa von Laurin” riding stable.

During Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum rental period is five nights. Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted.
