Only the alpine choughs fly higher, which you can see up close at the Seegrube with their impressive flying skills. The ski area is only 30 seconds away on foot, the forest starts behind the house and yet you can be in the center of Innsbruck in just 8 minutes with the world-famous Hungerburgbahn.

The apartment is located on the top floor, directly on the slope of the Hungerburg, directly behind the HUNGERBURGBAHN of the same name, designed by the world-famous architect Zaha Hadid.
You are completely independent, as the kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, kettle and much more) and everything you need for cooking.

In addition to the apartment premises, we also provide a laundry room and a ski cellar / bicycle cellar. We also have ample parking on the property.
