"Beautiful lakefront with sandy shallow water off the dock. Kitchen was well appointed with comfy gathering areas, outdoors, upstairs and main level. The whole experience was wonderful - a great place to vacation with family as there was lots to entertain us and lots of space to spread out. "

"Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. Would highly recommend this place."

"The place(s) were absolutely trashed and disgusting. The photos listed in the advertisement were not accurate. The place was not cleaned whatsoever and had been people squatting there prior to.The property manager was rude and aggressive when discussing the situation upon arrival. The property manager had blocked our number when trying to contact them initially and only had contacted us after Vrbo customer service had basically forced them to. "We had a very pleasant stay at this condo in Friday Harbour.Check-in was seamless, and the host, Kin, provided clear and detailed instructions.This condo is one of the cleanest and most well-equipped places we’ve ever stayed in.
