Perfect for relaxing on the little beach in the summer. Great spot to enjoy ice fishing or snowkiting in the winter. Lots of to enjoy! Inflatable kayaks, Trampoline, ping pong, darts & tons of games. Or relax in the hammock on the large deck, sit by the firepit in the beautifully treed backyard.

Fully equipped kitchen with convention oven, microwave, air fryer, griddle, stovetop burner, wok, slow cooker, Keurig coffee maker etc. NO OVEN. Small 2 bedroom cabin with a fully operational bathroom with a bathtub shower. The shower is wonderful, powerful and hot. Allow 30 mins between showers so hot water tank can re-heat.

Easy commute by car or GO. 1 hr drive from the GTA. $6 Uber ride from the property & Barrie Go. Go train to/from Union Station 1 hr 33 mins.

Close to Innisfil Beach Park with its 6 sandy beach areas, vast green space, volleyball net, 2 parks for kids, picnic tables, gazebos and kayak rentals. Beach 6 is fully fenced for dogs to enjoy the lake, Beach 3 has an accessible surface for wheelchairs and strollers.
