"Never happened before. Parked, checked in, got our key - all good. 1. Arrived at room (212) to find it was not made/cleaned after the last guest. Okay, it can happen... We're not perfect either. Went back to the desk, received apologies, given another key (to 101). 2. To the room, tapped the key, opened the door - to find someone else already on the bed! It was horrifying for us - can only imagine how she felt when we just opened her door! Scary and unacceptable breakdown of guest security...

"Staff was wonderful & accommodating. Rooms were unique, but could use some updating & a deeper clean. If you are a light sleeper make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor. Info states there is a restaurant & room service, but it doesn’t open until 5PM & not open at all Sunday & Monday. "

"Checking in delayed due to incorrect codes, but communication rectified fairly quickly. Property was well equipped & clean. Sliding doors fully retracted & opened up the space to the balcony creating bright airy entertaining. Chair stuck in the corner with note saying it was broken not appropriate which resulted in limited comfortable seating. Overall good property."
