"My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. "We’re traveling with our mom who is 83. She no longer climbs stairs. The stairs are steep and we had trouble with the stairs for her state of age. Not really a house problem, but something I think renters should know. "

"Very clean overall, with very nice bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a very modern kitchen. It was a great base for our activities around Donegal and beyond. There is a nice pub or two and a very good coffee shop with excellent food, coffee and service a short walk into Clonmany. Wish we had discovered it earlier in our stay "
