Well set up for a short or long stay, with all the comforts of home including the sparkling-clean pool and hot tub. Communicative host. No issues at all from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when we return to Palm Desert."

Great pools, easy to park, 40 minutes from Palms springs tram, close enough for Joshua Tree trips. 3 bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Lazy River, hot tub pools! Kid pool is great for toddlers! "Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. Then we just did not answer the phone in the room when it rang so that ended time share for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is lacking things like...
