As for the neighborhood, it was a bit noisy in the mornings with cars driving by with loud music playing but great restaurant across the street and on the next block. Começou no check-in, que como foi depois as 22h, nos cobraram USD 25. Como há recepção 24h, não entendemos o motivo. Ficamos no quarto 11, um quarto minúsculo, onde só cabiam a cama, uma pia e um lavabo super estreito e curto. E o pior de tudo, na parte externa, na varanda, o chuveiro. Mas paredes eram de bambu e um pergolado onde os vizinhos (as outras...

"We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location was super convenient, just a quick Uber ride to the Coliseo and only about a 4 minute drive from La Placita, which made exploring the area so easy. The hotel itself was clean and in a great area.
The staff was beyond friendly and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the refreshing coconut drinks!
We'll definitely be coming back here on our next trip to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend this...
"The location of this property was perfect. Close to so many attractions without being too busy. The staff was super attentive. They always answered the phone and were helpful. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. My 1 complaint was that my terrace was not as clean but overall an amazing find. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
"Rosalina was such a cute stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. For most of our stay (Fri-Tuesday), the front desk was closed, but they were reachable by phone. The only downside is that the pools were dirty. Hurricane Erin passed by Saturday/Sunday, but by Tuesday, nobody had come to clean the pool. The hotel is walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot - Kasalta. It is also walking distance to the beach and other food places. Parking was always available for us during our stay. "
"We loved our stay at Posada Colonial Apartments. The apartment was charming and the perfect fit for our family. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The nearby area has a lot of great restaurants and this location is just a few blocks from the beach. This is a great place to stay when exploring San Juan and the nearby areas. "
