"Our stay was horrible and this was our second bad experience and we will never go back. I have pictures of mold in the microwave and the owner/manager avoided me like the plague because I wanted a partial refund. Breakfast area was clean but they served green bananas. Also, mold in the bathroom. This motel should not be part of the Best Western franchise."

"Perfect place. We were traveling to and from Fl. The room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcomed you like you were family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Of all tje hotels we stayed in on our trip this one was by far the best."

"The room had a water bottle along side of bed from previous guest and there was food on the wall in the kitchenette . The game room was extremely hot. Check-in was easy- staff was pleasant and helpful with anything that was needed. Breakfast smelled good but we didn’t stick around to eat. TVs were very small and had extra Pillows but no pillow cases"

"Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. "This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs...

"The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. "Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel."
