"The towels were a poor excuse, quality wise. When I turned on the table lamp, all it did was flicker. Poor excuse pillows. The second night, I called the front desk, and asked if someone could bring us two pillows. The guy was Stan. I was rudely told by this person that we had the right amount of pillows, and that we weren't going to get anymore. "Everything was extremely nice and new and super clean. Parking was honestly worst parking lot I have ever been to in a hotel due to using it to distribute moving trucks but everything that is truly important was top notch so still 5 stars"

"Everything was good except the breakfast options. Selected this hotel for convenient location and breakfast included with stay. We broke our two day journey in Pittsburgh. To our disappointment the eggs had ham mixed in them. There were other options for guests who eat pork/bacon etc. There were no boiled eggs or other egg options. The staff attending the breakfast area was rude. Don't plan on staying here again. There is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior."

"Breakfast ( if you can call it that) was atrocious!! Food did not taste good at all and when you offer breakfast, I should be able to eat more than the prepackaged granola bars. Even the bananas were hard to eat cause they were green!!!! The smells in the place are.....different...not necessarily bad but I guess an acquired taste. The parking lot didnt feel safe and the man that was constantly going to the beer distributor next door and drinking beside the building was off putting every day!!!...

Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight.
