Welcome to the Indianola Cedar House! With 1600 square feet of space and two living rooms, this is not your average 2-Bedroom rental property. Brand new in fall 2024, it's a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Thoughtfully designed with love and care, the home blends modern comfort and natural beauty. It also has a location that is within easy walking distance of the waterfront, country store, and pier, making it perfect for short visits as well as lengthier stays.
The Property: The Indianola Cedar House features 16-foot vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows that fills the space with natural light and frames tranquil views of the surrounding trees. The minimalist design is cozy and inviting, with comfortable, new furniture and a spacious feel. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, comfortable bedding, promising a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms bring a touch of luxury, featuring Italian tile, designer mirrors, and heated floors – perfect for a spa-like experience at the end of the day.
The main level includes the first of two living rooms, the kitchen, dining room, a large bedroom suite, a laundry room, and deck with outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the wrap-around cedar deck offers a lovely space to sip morning coffee, relax with a book, or enjoy evening drinks surrounded by nature. Bedroom 1 is on the main level. It is a large room that includes a Queen size bed, walk in closet, and direct access to the full bathroom. Upstairs, a charming loft overlooks the living area below, while serving as a quiet nook for reading or working. Up here, you'll find the second of two living rooms, as well as the second bedroom and bathroom. The upper living room includes a sleeper sofa as well as a smart HDTV.
