"We arrived and easily checked in with the given code. House was clean and smelled great! Bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper, towels/washcloths, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Each bathroom also had extra items such as ear cleaners, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking items! Loved all the bedroom/sleeping space! We had 11 plus 3 toddlers. "The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities (soap, shampoo/conditioner, towels, extra pillows and blankets), which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to all shopping and restaurants in West Des Moines and easy access to the interstate system. The host Tom was great with responding to our questions. We have stayed here twice now, and would highly recommend to anyone."

"The Babes loved EVERYTHING about the Love Shack. Tiffany is an amazing host and very easy to communicate with - so responsive to requests and questions! I think she is quite possibly the best VRBO host I’ve worked with. The property is inviting and just joyful. The neighborhood is lovely and safe! Next door neighbors even offered us candy and goodies! How fun is that?! Close to everything we wanted to see! Definitely would recommend. And Des Moines is a fantastic city!"

"Stayed for a few nights with friends and the location couldn't be beat! Everything downtown is a stone's throw away. The two-car garage was incredibly convenient for our group. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We encountered only a minor issue and they were quick to address it. Overall, great experience - would stay again next time I'm in town."

Tivemos um voo exaustivo de USA para o Brazil, nos permitiram fazer o check in um pouco mais cedo, Fomos atendidos por Esperança, Marcelo, Márcia , André e o gerente , só temos a agradecer Hotel bem localizado Café da manhã excelente com o sorriso e o carisma do prestativo Denilson que faz toda a diferença ….
