"My 2 nights stay was ok, nothing special nor worth complaining. However, my first experience checking in was as horrible! My reservation which was prepaid was not in their system. I showed proof of my confirmation and an email from the General Manager at this location confirming my booking. The girl in the front desk had to call the general manager, who stays in the motel itself came down to the front desk, and after about 20-25 minutes, they were able to locate my reservation and issued me an...

"The first room on the ground floor we got had electrical problem with light switch and lamps by the bed. We were quickly given a new room on the second floor. Room was clean but bathtub had what looked like cigarette burns. "

Old, Dingy, peeing paint, the plugs didn't work, it had a broke down full size fridge, and a microwave on the top of it with a cord that didn't reach a plug that wouldn't have worked anyway. No towels or wash clothes except for the used one in the tub. It doesn't feel safe. At check in, the proprietor took a picture of my license with his personal phone. now im worried about that. "

"Guest services was arguing with a customer when I called the front desk. The bathroom was dirty. The tv remote didnt work. The heater barely worked and was noisy. The room had a weird odor. The front door needed repair. I only stayed here cause I was tired. Lots of sketchy people in the parking lot. The front desk guy in the morning did not aknowledge I had paid a deposit in cash. I had to insist that he should check the room out to get my deposit back. He took forever almost caused...
