This thoughtfully updated one-level home sleeps up to 8 and offers four private sleeping spaces, including a fully finished garage game room with a queen Murphy bed. Guests love the open layout, fenced backyard, hot tub, and quiet neighborhood setting, making it easy to relax after busy tournament days, work trips, or family adventures.

The main living area is bright, open, and comfortable, with the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flowing together naturally. Whether you’re cooking dinner, gathering after games, or settling in for a quiet evening, the layout feels relaxed and connected. Neutral tones, warm wood accents, and soft textures create a calm, modern atmosphere throughout the home.

The home sleeps up to eight guests across four private sleeping spaces. The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, creating a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and share a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A separate half bath is conveniently located near the main living area.

The garage has been fully transformed into a true bonus space rather than a traditional garage setup. It’s heated, and cooled with a mini-split system, and functions as a second living area with seating, a TV, games, ping pong, and a queen Murphy bed. Open, it’s perfect for movie nights and hangouts. Closed, it becomes a private fourth sleeping space ideal for teens, extended family, or guests wanting extra separation.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers privacy and room to spread out. The newly added stamped concrete patio includes outdoor dining, a propane fire pit, and a private hot tub, creating an easy space to unwind after long days at the fields or exploring Westfield.

The garage door does not open and functions as part of the interior living space.
