About this space
This cozy ranch on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood has an open floor plan with a whitewashed farm inspired decor. Hall bath has a new curbless shower with waterfall and handheld shower heads. Master bath has a free standing soaker tub. Kitchen is well appointed and beds are temperpedic featuring both firm and soft comfort preferences. Your furry friends can come along, if they are cool. Yard is not fully fenced in.
The space
clean, cozy and quiet.
Guest access
Front yard, driveway, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom closets and furniture are empty except for extra bed linens and towels. There is a steamer in the front closet and blow dryers n such in the master bath vanity. Detergent, bleach and dryer sheets are on or above the dryer. Please clean the lint trap between loads. Dish soap is on the counter. Please hand wash any dishes you choose to use. Toilet paper is stocked in the vanities. The garage, hall closet and back yard are not for guest use. Use of the wood burning stove is absolutely not permitted.
Other things to note
PETS
Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Please bring a kennel to keep them in while you’re away or use the retractable gates to confine them to the kitchen/dining area. You are responsible for any damage they cause. An auger anchor and tether are available on the front porch to use in the front yard and should be returned before departure. Poop is to be picked up and discarded in the outside receptacle w the blue lid, especially if it goes in a neighbors yard while on a walk.

Again, do not use the wood burning stove. The house is heated by a gas furnace.
