Character: historic homes, small apartment buildings, quiet side streets and mature trees. Nearby attractions and amenities: Butler University and its campus amenities (to the north), boutique shops and restaurants along nearby commercial corridors, several small parks and greenways, and easy access to popular nodes such as Broad Ripple and the Mapleton‑Fall Creek/SoBro corridors a short drive away. The vibe is residential and family‑oriented with local dining and weekday conveniences within a few minutes by car.

Walkability: The immediate block is residential and walkable for short errands and walking the neighborhood, but most daily errands will be easier by bike or car. Public transit: IndyGo bus service runs across the broader northside; routes and stops are on nearby arterials (check IndyGo for current stops and routes). short walk to the nearest IndyGo stop.
