The Main House is a stunning three-story home that combines thoughtful design with upscale finishes. As you enter, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from modern appliances to essential cookware. The spacious living room invites you to relax with its 75-inch TV and artisan-finished leather sectional featuring two recliners. Just beyond is the dining area, centered around a full-size luxury pool table that cleverly converts into a dining table for a unique and memorable dining experience. Upstairs, the second floor hosts all three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a second-highest Purple mattress wrapped in luxury linens, a private full bathroom, and a 55-inch TV for relaxing at the end of the day. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, with two queen-over-queen bunk beds that feature thick 12-inch memory foam mattresses on the lower bunks and 6-inch mattresses on the uppers, along with a 50-inch TV. The third bedroom includes two queen beds with plush 12-inch memory foam mattresses and a 43-inch TV. A second full bathroom and a laundry room complete this floor, adding ease and practicality to your stay. For parking, the Main House includes one garage space, an additional driveway spot, and plenty of street parking right in front of the home.
Set just behind the Main House, the Carriage House is a private and charming retreat built in 2024 located above the detached garage. While inspired by the historic tradition of carriage houses, this home offers every modern comfort. You’ll have access to your own attached garage as well as a driveway parking space. After ascending the stairs to the main living area, you’ll find a spacious and inviting living room with a cozy leather pull-out sofa and a 55-inch TV. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and complimentary coffee to start your mornings off right.
The bedroom includes two queen beds with luxurious 12-inch mattresses and a total of four pillows per bed—two memory foam and two goose feather—for a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. A large walk-in closet connects directly to the bedroom and includes a full washer and dryer set, offering added convenience during your stay. The full bathroom, located just off the living room, is stocked with essentials and oversized bath towels for an elevated touch.
