In the room that housed the shower, there was no towel bar, so nothing to hang a towel on. There were no bars on or inside the shower to hold onto. In the shower, what was labeled as hot water was cold, and what was labeled as cold water was hot. When checking out, the clerk did not thank me for the 2 night stay or ask if everything was okay with the room. When I told her what was wrong, she told me “all walk-in showers are like that”….I guess she was referring to no bars to hold onto or no towel bars in the shower room? She did send someone up to check out the hot/cold water mislabeling. No refund was offered. We will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express Ever again!
