The Space:

Welcome to your Indianapolis stay—a spacious, three-story home that combines two full units into one thoughtfully connected space. Designed with large groups in mind, this home gives you the ability to gather together comfortably while still enjoying plenty of room to spread out.



As you enter through the shared entrance, you’ll find yourself at the central access point of the home. From here, you can head into the lower level or make your way upstairs to the main living areas.



Starting on the lower level, the space opens into a comfortable living room anchored by a 75-inch TV, making it an easy spot to relax at the end of the day. Just beyond, the kitchen offers a breakfast bar and everything needed for group meals, with a dedicated laundry room conveniently located off to the side. This level is also stocked with board games, creating a laid-back atmosphere for casual nights in.



Moving down the hallway, you’ll find two king bedrooms, each designed as private retreats. Both feature ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, upgraded with spa-style shower towers and massaging spray systems. Nearby, an additional full bathroom off the kitchen provides a third shower space for this level. Tucked off the kitchen is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen setup, perfect for groups traveling together.



Heading upstairs to the main level, you step into a bright and open living room centered around an 85-inch TV. The layout naturally invites gathering, with bar seating just behind the couch that creates an easy flow between lounging and dining. This floor also includes a full kitchen and an additional laundry area, making longer stays especially convenient.



Bedrooms on this level are spread out for both comfort and privacy. One room features two queen beds along with its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower tower. Another offers two queen beds, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary king suite includes an ensuite bathroom that can also be accessed from the common area, while an additional king bedroom is located just off the kitchen.



Continuing up to the third floor, the home transforms into a full entertainment space. This level is designed for connection and fun, with a lounge area with 6 bean bags, a 65-inch TV, and a variety of games including pool, darts, ring toss, and classic board games. The pool table easily converts into a dining table that seats up to ten, making it a perfect setting for group meals or late-night games. A wet bar with a mini fridge adds convenience for keeping drinks and snacks close by.



This floor also includes additional sleeping space, with a king bedroom that features its own ensuite bathroom with a shower tower, along with a twin XL bed. A separate twin XL sleeping nook provides even more flexibility for larger groups. A second laundry setup is also located within this level for added convenience. The top floor provides access to a terrace/patio with great views over the city.



Throughout the home, every bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, nightstands, and built-in charging options, along with large TVs in nearly every room, ensuring comfort and ease for every guest.
