"If I were to nitpick at anything, a couple of spare blankets and pillows. But the hot tub was great. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit. The kitchen was a bit small but very nice. We needed a baking sheet for cookies. I emailed the host. They had it delivered by morning! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. "

"The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!"

"Booking, arrival and departure were all easy and uneventful. We were able to fit 6 families with convent kitchen, dining and lounging areas for everyone. "

"We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others."
