"The camper was nice but when we walked in everything was covered in dust. The hot water and the stove would not work. We called after hours number twice with no response. When we left on Wednesday morning we talked to them and they fixed it right away. The instructions for making sure both propane tanks were turned on."

"We don’t feel things were as advertised. The ad I answered was a picture of a fifth-wheel camper by lakeside. Our camper was a camper, nothing really special but it worked. It was advertised with all cooking utensils and a grill. There were 3 small cooking pans, tableware and a set of dishes. No paring knives or cutting board. "Noisy room next door the first night. Great front desk staff. Christian was awesome! Good recommendations on food and restaurants. Details not attended to. Provide clean coffee cups. Shower curtain not installed correctly. Had to replace remote. Missed little pieces of trash on floor. Lights are weird. Generally for the money, not good value. Restaurant food was great and so was service. Smart water in room is foolish. Need water for coffee. Safe was helpful. "

"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "
