"The room was clean, spacious. We celebrated our Anniversary……gambling floor was clean, ate at the cafe. Nothing bad to say at all!"

"We appreciated the electric charger on site. It came in handy while we stayed at the hotel. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. The breakfast was average. There was a gulf simulator to rent out but we did not use it. The hotel is away from the major bustle of the area. There was a train than came through during our stay. It was during the day so it did not effect our sleep."

"If you stay in an interior room of the hotel I rate it 4 stars BUT the external entrance room 111 on the ground floor was dirty, curtains dangling from rod, door lock loose, worn furniture and carpet filthy, sunlight and air coming through the door, smoking allowed outside the room and everyone who came there to smoke , you hot their second hand smoke through the AC and crack in door entrance. "We wake up at 3:00 to find no water. When I called the front desk they said they were doing laundry & water would not return for our hotel rooms on for at least an hour. I have never experienced such a thing in a hotel! Musty smell through out hotel, dirty carpets that we were afraid to walk on without shoes & a shower head that should be thrown away Staff was nice but hotel needs a full makeover."

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine. Not sure if a nearby room was having a party but until after midnight it was music and lots of loud laughing. You could hear everything. Every time a nearby door opened or closed it echoed. This...

"Only complaint was the hotel would not let me upgrade (even for an extra fee) to a lakeside room, because “I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia)” Disappointed."

"The room was amazing. It was larger than expected, clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. I would highly recommend and will be planning another stay next time we are in the area! Thank you for an awesome experience!"

"Suited our purposes for a short stay. Room was fine, though bathrooms are dated and there were some questionable hairs on the walls and ceiling. Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby."
