My wife and I stumbled upon this place on the way home from a trip to Chicago a year ago- it was such a great experience that we took our family of 5 back for a weekend trip. "The pool area gets super hot/ humid in the summer. The area could benefit from an a/c system or an exhaust system to control the chlorine fumes and uncomfortable temp. Not bad when you're swimming, but if you are watching the kiddios it's not a great guest experiences."

"I was traveling from Chicago to Ohio and my car broke down. I waited about 6 hours for my car to be fixed and then it was too late to continue my 4 hour drive from there. I looked for a place to stay, The Comfort Inn was close to where I had my car worked on, so I booked it. The person at the front desk was so sweet, she got me checked in in no time. The room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this place."

"The rooms at the property need to be updated. The pool was not clean. The towels are very small. However, breakfast was nice with different options available. Snacks were available for a reasonable price. It appears as though the new owners are trying to update the property. The exterior has had many updates and the interior common areas have been updated. "The place has been painted on the outside and that is about it. The sign is blown off so if it wasn’t for the signs at the main road you wouldn’t know where it was. "I was on the second floor. And the people above me were making noises until midnight, shaking the whole ceiling. I asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell them to stop jumping or whatever they were doing to cause the ceiling to shake. And nothing was done."
