"We really enjoyed our stay! Having the lake just across the street was such a bonus. The kids were hoping to swim, but it was a bit too cold this time. We still had a great time with the kayaking, jacuzzi, and all the games—especially the table games. I also appreciated how well-equipped the place was, down to the smallest details in the kitchen, even a garlic grinder!"

"The cottages are great! Have everything you need to escape the city. We aren't big on fishing, but if you are, this place would be amazing for you. Fishing boats + an area for cleaning fish is available. The pool is great! The water is a little chilly, but a great reprieve on a hot day. The only negative is if you have a dog with you, there arent a ton of places to walk them that aren't just around other people's properties or a short drive away. "Really loved the property, experience, and over all accommodations offered by the amazing owners. The AC was really nice in the heat, electricity and running water made our stay very comfortable. Having the option of TV was also nice once it was later. Perfect out door eating space, BBQ was handy and The wonderful tour of the animal sanctuary to end our stay was great and educational. I would definitely recommend, the owners made it a really great experience."

"Beautiful area and very peaceful! Fishing off the dock was great...caught small mouth bass on my 1st cast! Host was great and super helpful! Cottage was exactly as described and hist left some very nice welcome treats for us! We had all that we needed and more! We'll definitely be back"

"My family and i had a wonderful time staying at Vivian and Bill's property. The cottage is very large and allowed 7 adults, two teens, 4 children 7 and under and two small dogs to share the space very comfortably. No one ever felt like they were "on top" on one another and everyonenalways had a place to just relax quietly if that isbwhat they wanted. (And with the four kids, it was NOT always quiet lol). "What an amazing view of the lake. We were there for a fishing trip. The kids enjoyed taking the kayaks out . The cottage was clean and comfortable. The fishing was fantastic as always on Pigeon Lake. Thanks for having us "

"There are not a lot of options for food other then driving to Bewdley. 10 minutes. They do have a small store onsite which would have been convenient but was shut down due to end of season"

"I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....

"No communication from The host. Luckily there was an office on site to provide access to the cottage. Cottage was cute. Beds and pillows were terrible. Beautiful view. Rough shoreline with no useable docs and lots of garbage. Not provided enough towels or blankets. No dish cloths or hand towels. Only hand soap provided. "
