"This was a very nice house with a very roomy layout. Everything we needed was there except the food which we brought with us. Also brought toiletries as requested. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Both were open even though it was after labor day. Very nice. The kids enjoyed the playground and the basketball court. "The property is spacious with lots of seating and tables that allowed us to have several card games going simultaneously. The property also has 3 refrigerators which are needed to hold food and drinks for a large group. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Our 3 adult children and their spouses & our 7 grandchildren— ages from 6 to 16 — found this to be an ideal arrangement for us to visit and be together. "This was the perfect place for our large family gathering. We had ample kitchen space and plenty of areas to gather as a group or break into smaller groups. All the king size beds and attached baths were perfect for our large group. Ty was friendly and quick to respond to our inquiries and needs. We all decided that this will be our go to place for our annual gatherings. "

"Check in was simple with the provided code. The house was very spacious and the bunk rooms were great for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. It has two standard coffee makers and a keurig. Bring your own coffee- a one pot supply is provided. We love this location for proximity to Indian Point Marina. I’d highly recommend this beautiful home for large groups and families. The movie room set up, foosball, video games, hot tub and spacious decks were an added bonus!"

"Beautiful lodge so no one had to share a bathroom! 3 rooms down for the ones who can't do stairs and enough to do on the main floor. New Hot Tub made it very relaxing. Check on the construction. They had just started a new lodge right behind us. Noise not a problem, but large equipment moving around. Good news is just a couple more buildings and area near this lodge will be completed! "The property is beautiful and spacious enough for the whole family to spend Christmas together without being too crowded. Kids loved the theatre seating, pool table and pac man game. The shuffleboard table wasn’t usable and there were a couple of broken chairs but the host was very responsive and overall it was a great home in a great location! We made it to SDC, downtown and church for Christmas without much traffic or time on the road. Would definitely stay here again. "
