Indian Harbour Beach Club
Dear Owners and Guests,
Please be advised that from October 13th through November 21st, the exterior of the Indian Harbour Beach Club will be painted. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with Saturdays only if needed due to weather delays.
From October 13th – November 3rd, the contractor will be painting the east side of the building using a swing pulley system from the roof to access balconies. Balconies will first be pressure washed, then prepped, and finally painted. Please note, the balcony floors will not be painted—only the walls and ceilings.
While your balcony is being pressure washed, you will not be able to use it, but once that step is complete, you may return to using it.
During the prep and painting stages, you will not be able to use your balcony.
Once painting is finished, you must wait 8 hours before using your balcony again.
For any day your balcony cannot be used, we will provide a daily discount. If we know ahead of time which units will be affected, there may be a possibility of moving you to another unit that would not be impacted during your stay. You may also cancel with a full refund.
From November 3rd – November 21st, the north, south, and west sides of the building will be painted. During this phase, there will be little to no impact on your stay.
Please note: the pool and beach will remain open throughout the project. In addition, the walkways will not be painted, so access in and out of the building will not be affected.
