This recently renovated two bedroom, two full bathroom condo offers a stunning oceanfront view that must be experienced!
A recent CNBC article discussed the pitfalls of vacation rentals including locked units with no available key, problems with the AC, TVs that don't work, toilets that overflow. All this and no way to reach the owner who may be thousands of miles away. But ours is not your typical vacation rental. Lost your key? Locked out? Need directions? Don't worry - we have an experienced, management team located onsite every work day to check you in, answer questions and provide you with a worry free vacation experience. There is also a maintenance man who is available 24x7 should you have an after hours emergency. Our condo is cleaned by a professional service after each use. There is a reserved, covered parking space on the property right in front of the building and an elevator just a few steps away. We want your vacation to be hassle free.
The condo is fully equipped with all the vacation niceties you could possibly desire - a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave oven, stainless steel appliances, china and silverware service for 8, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, and so much more. You can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen pull out sofa sleeper in the living room.
Spend your days on the white sands of the beach or enjoy the private heated swimming pool. You can also visit Orlando (about an hour away) and enjoy some of the many attractions that Central Florida has to offer such as Universal Studios, Sea World and, of course, Disney World. The Kennedy Space Center is also just a short drive up the road. Then return at night to your vacation paradise and take a romantic stroll on the beach.
Our family has spent many wonderful vacations enjoying the Florida sun and we would love to share that with you.
