Please call us if you are bringing a pet. The Pet Fee is charged after booking booking ($20/pet/day).

Central beach side location 15 minutes walking distance to the beach (2 min driving). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also within walking distance.
Full access to the heated community pool, jacuzzi, and gym using the fob (touchless gate key) provided in the unit.
Please note this condo is on a third story and requires going up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the complex.

This one bedroom fully-furnished coastal condo features a King bed with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower/tub combo.
You may use all the facilities including the full-sized washer/dryer, an equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee/tea.
The condo layout is featured towards the end of the listing pictures.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

Other things to note:
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

Beautiful location, quiet and close to many things near the beach. The walk up the stairs was a bit much, but we were aware of it so next time we know to maybe pick the first floor instead of the third lol. Would definitely rebook, the host is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Anniversary & Beach Therapy

Perfect 7 days to celebrate our 42nd Anniversary with some much needed beach therapy. Well maintained grounds and responsive hosts. We loved finding a new beach on A1A each day and returning to cute, cozy condo for restful nights . Lots of walkable places to eat and drink. Friendly neighbors and quiet surroundings. Loved our stay! Thanks Pedro and Laura for sharing paradise with us.

Great stay & hosts

The location was great, close to Publix & Walmart, and lots of restaurants within 5-15 min. Some within walking distance. Pool & hot tub were beautiful and clean. Condo was pristine. The best part in my opinion were the hosts though, they messaged me multiple times throughout the stay to ask if we needed anything and were beyond nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back if I found myself in the area again.

Beautiful complex and outstanding location

This was our second stay in this complex and the location cannot be beat. Canova park/dog beach is within walking distance and a great place to relax on the beach and watch the dogs enjoy the sand and ocean. So many different restaurants to choose from and many within walking distance. We were able to see three amazing space launches from the beach during our stay. Very close to grocery stores and shopping centers. We found some free public tennis courts less than 10 minutes away and played numerous times. There is also a wonderful walking park nearby. The complex itself is beautiful with a large heated pool and nice size hot tub. We did experience a few days when these were closed due to unscheduled maintenance, but since we were there three weeks we were fine with other options. The unit itself was very nice. It is on the third floor which was not a problem for us but may be for those with limited mobility. The view from the patio is fine looking out over the pool next door, but the units facing one of the two lagoons is preferable as you can spend hours watching the herons, turtles, ducks and osprey. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There were a few things we alerted them to and all were addressed in a matter of hours. This is a quiet area and not a party zone which we prefer, although the pool and hot tub closed at dusk which was shortly after 6 pm during our February stay. This is a wonderful vacation spot and you will not be disappointed.

Holiday visit

I come to visit my family often. I always try to book with this company. Each time I have stayed at any of their units they are immaculate. They think of everything to Jake the visit comfortable. Always fresh and clean. The Peacock unit is on the 3rd floor. You can see the pool. My family is in Satellite Beach so the location works very well for us.I always check availability with within this community first as I know it will be perfect.

It’s a pretty place for 2 but it was on the top floor of a third floor walkup with no elevator. For an older couple, it could be a bit of a problem dragging your luggage up 3 flights.

Great Stay for Short Visit

Rented this location for my mom and dad to visit us. The home was great for the short visit. It had what we needed to cook and have dinner together. The pool did close too earlier in my opinion. I would place my parents here again for another visit in the future.

Relaxing and well located

This condo is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great and the condo is well equipped and very clean. The property management team is top notch and highly responsive. We stayed for five nights and totally enjoyed our stay.

Peacock Condo in quiet area

We enjoyed our stay at the Peacock Condo. Albeit a bit dated, accommodations were adequate. Kitchen window treatment was not great and not private. Amenities were good and enjoyed in room washer/dryer.
