PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY:
1. The system only shows the price for 1 dog. Be prepared to pay for second. We are dog friendly with fees for 2 adult! dogs, maximum of 40# each and short/smooth coated or non shedding. Dogs which fall outside of this must be approved first and increased fees could apply.
2. There are external cameras at the front and pool side that record motion and sound. 3. As noted in the pictures the pool is un-covered, outdoor and un-heated. It is professionally cleaned every week but bugs, leaves will still get into it. This is not a luxury resort pool. Pool personnel maintain their own weekly schedule, not your arrival day. Humans should obviously not pee in the pool. Toys, clothing and garbage should never be left in the pool or pool deck. There are nets for you to skim it.
4. This is a very windy location since it’s 1 block to the ocean. 5. Stays longer than 14 nights require additional cleaning fees.
6. This is Florida and there are bugs. We employ professionals but there are still bugs. 7. Yard is maintained by professionals on Tuesday. 8. children under 15 are not allowed for stays longer than 2 weeks. 9. AC has a limiter of 71*; water heater is set to 125*; there is no heat during winter months as it isn’t required for single family rentals.
