Labor Day Family Trip
We loved our time here over Labor Day weekend! We were having a family reunion in town and this property was the perfect location to get around town and meet up with our extended family all weekend long. The weather wasn’t what we hoped for, but the house was cozy when we had some time to rest between family events!

Spacious Tahoe house, with log-cabin vibe and huge deck for gathering
We were two families that rented this amazing house over the July 4th holiday. The house had ample space for all and it was located just a short drive to the beach. Quiet, woodsy area and the house has an authentic Tahoe vibe. Laundry, garage, fully-decked out kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and hang-out space made it very comfortable for 4 parents and 5 teens. Joanne was easy to work with and very accommodating, making it easy for me, coming from the East Coast to enjoy my very first Tahoe visit.

You were mailed a beach pass 2 weeks before your stay priority insured. Usps shows it was delivered to your mailing address. I notified you by email when it was sent.

Great home in incline
Home was better than the photos. I’ve rented in Tahoe before and sometimes the rental is locked the 80’s. This home is quiet, spacious and updated. Hot tub was clean. Everything you need. Owner available and ready to help. Recommend!

Snowy Cabin at Lake Tahoe
This cabin was made to host a large group. With 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, the 8 of us stayed very comfortably. The hot tub was a dream to soak outside in the middle of all the snow! And it stayed warm! The fireplace was very cozy and the kitchen was extremely spacious! We had a fantastic time! The beauty of the snow all around us was unforgettable. Definitely one of the prettiest VRBO's we have ever stayed in!

Wonderful Retreat

Incline Village Retreat
The property was lovely. The decks were amazing----plenty of room for gathering extended family into a large circle for talking, and plenty of table space to eat outdoors. The kitchen is better stocked than any VRBO house in which we have stayed. One of our party was on continual oxygen so negotiating the the staircases was a challenge for her, but not the others.

We had a great time at this house . The deck was priceless, we enjoyed so much the view and the time we spent together.The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Incline Village is a great place to stay to enjoy Lake Tahoe.

Enjoyed our stay
We went to stay for 2 days with one other family to celebrate graduation. The weather on Saturday turned out to be warmer and we had lot of fun on Kings beach in the water. Spent only nights at the property. There are a lot of bedrooms and the college kids liked that. The driveway is really at a steep incline. We had to park 2 cars outside and the SUV in the garage. Lot of nice hikes and food options around.

Snowboard Weekend
Overall, I found the property better than expected. The rooms are large, the kitchen was immaculate with tons of extra cooking utensils and plates, and the hot tub a lifesaver after a long first day on the slopes. We've rented more than a few places in the past and this was the first time I would actually come back. Can't beat 4 fireplaces. Cozy cozy cozy.

Amazing house, loved the huge patio. The ran into an issue with the owner. We had to pay for hut tub scrub and cleaning when no one in our group have used it. It was her word against mine, so i just end up paying for it.

They failed to mention how dirty they left the house, we had to have 3 rooms of carpet professionally cleaned, the "unused" hot tub dumped and scrubbed by the hot tub service who determined it was used as well as She acknowledged she left the day before check-out leaving "kids" and other people at the house, so she really has no idea what was done after she left. It also took the cleaning people 12 hours to clean when normally it is 6 hours. The hot tub had been serviced the morning of their arrival and tested clean, it was then serviced the day after they left and tested unclean, It is not my word against hers since the Cleaning Service & Hot Tub Service took pictures to document the condition of the house and Hot Tub.

Perfect location in Incline
This place has all the amenities you would need in a place, it was clean, spacious and it was easily assessible to several ski resorts in north lake. Communication with the property owner was excellent and overall one of the best places we have rented in Tahoe!

Great house
Came with a group of friends for 2 of our birthdays. We had a great time, plenty of space and bedrooms. Would recommend this house for a large group. Would love to come in the summer to use all the great outdoor spaces.

Spacious & well stocked, good location with easy street access, large kitchen, great wood burning fireplace, More stairs than we expected, some beds could have been firmer, could have used better instructions on what to do with the fireplace ashes (they were left in the metal can in the garage). Overall, very pleased with our stay!

All mattresses are new within the last 2 years. Some want firm some soft, obviously we can't please everyone. The cleaning staff handles the removal of fireplace ashes into the marked can in the garage that is why there were no instructions concerning their removal. We strive for a 5 star experience from every one.

Great for a golf weekend with friends!
We had a fantastic weekend with friends, this home is perfect for a group. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and casual living space. The property is very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and the outdoor space was spectacular. Quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds throughout the house was a huge plus as well!

Great time and great location
Nine of us stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space and the outdoor area is great. The kitchen was stocked with any utensil and spice u needed for a home cooked meal. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.

The kitchen did have everything you could imagine. We loved having coffee out on the deck. The laundry room was excellent for storing a few extra items for a wedding we attended. We used the garage refrigerator and the styrofoam ice chests came in handy. House had everything!

Family vacation at incline Village
The property is everything that the listing said it was. The owner was very helpful. We were there during a heat wave and there is no ac and the power company was doing brown outs. While everyone tells us this is rare we experienced it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The TVs work but they may take a little figuring out to use them. We had a lovely stay. The house was cleaned but not as clean as we keep our own house. This maybe because it is a lot of work to clean house, linens, and towels from 10-4. But even with the issues would recommend this place

Our trip was a family reunion and the house fit our needs well. My son, lives in Incline Village and it was easy for him to go back and forth to his home and work when needed. The layout with 6 bedrooms was perfect for our large family of varying ages. Having two separate areas to wathc TV or movies was a big plus. The quite neighborhood was good for walking in the morning yet we were close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Mt Rose is only 15 minutes away and had great skiing. We were also not too far from other mountains and the group did travel to Squaw as well as Kirkwood during our stay. The large outdoor terrace was a good spot to gather and enjoy the sunny days in Tahoe. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs with cooking while there. We would highly recommend this property for a vaation! Debbie

Couples trip 2021
We were very pleased... The home was better in person than it looks online ( I was happy with what I saw online) so I was extremely pleased.... we had a group of 10 bigger people. We did not feel crowded at all. Great place for couples/family..... The owner Joanne was wonderful and quick to respond... and her house person Ramon was terrific and had a contagious smile. We will stay here again for sure.

Perfect Ski Vacation
I have rented lots of homes and have to say this was the most impressive. We wanted for nothing concerning supplies in the kitchen. Two full drawers of spices, 5 drawers of utensils and an entire closet of dishes really helped ease our food prep for our family of ten. It was so nice to have four bathrooms and two levels of hang out space. The little ones had their own family room and TV downstairs so the adults could relax by the fire in the upstairs living room. The upstairs master bath with its own fireplace was so quiet and removed from the rest of the house that we never heard our adult kids attending a workout in the living room nearby. All the beds were very comfortable. t There were plenty of towels in each bathroom as well as for the hot tub, which was a real treat. The location was great for diamond peak as well as the beach in Incline Village. The garage was so big that we were able to fit two SUV's and another in the driveway. We loved the extra fridge in the garage and the wine cooler in the kitchen. We were able to bring all our food and never went to the market. Our host, Joanne was always available and welcoming. Do check in with her before your stay if you need certain supplies. We look forward to a yearly trip to this home

Great home with lots of beds
The kitchen was well stocked with tools, double oven and large island for prepping and serving food . Lots of bed rooms and a large backyard to play. Beautiful views out of all windows.

Perfect location for Diamond Peak Skiing
we are 3 families in a pandemic pod and rented this house over the winter break to take advantage of our diamond peak season passes. We loved it and cannot wait to come back. The kitchen was very well stocked, even with spices) and Joanne’s hospitality was unbeatable. It’s not fancy but provides all the comforts we needed and all 3 families agreed that this was one of our favorite rentals and we’ve been to tahoe about 10x together. Thanks, Joanne!

Not the right lay out for small children. Loved the beds & bed to bathroom ratio & lay out were perfect. Could have been cleaner. Cob webs, bathroom mirrors were not clean. Hand rail on stairs was sticky.

Clorox wipes makes the rails sticky and can streak the mirrors and windows. Right now with Covid the cleaners are focusing on sanitizing and not looking for cob webs. As your info packet said if you saw something that needed attention you were to call them immediately, which you didn't do. I forwarded your concerns to them.

The Perfect Getaway

Lots of space and great decks!
We enjoyed all the room to spread out. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We brought all our own food and cooked in rental to minimize exposure for us and to others and found it easy with the well stocked kitchen. The large deck was fantastic! We enjoyed eating and playing games on the large deck whenever we could. Owner response was very good and we appreciated how she worked with us and our special requests. Joanne was helpful and made our trip better.

Wonderful getaway house near ski resorts
Wonderful house with lots of rooms and space. Our favorite thing was the kitchen, especially all of the spices in the cabinet! The pictures make the rooms look a bit older, but it definitely is not. It's super cozy and nice. My friends loved this place and kept telling me what an awesome place I found. So thanks Joanne! House is easy to get to since it's right off the freeway and is not too far from the grocery store if you forget a few things. Highly recommend this house, you won't regret it.
